Trolley Derby

Rules and Entry Form
1.   Racing Lawrence Ave, Te Aroha 9 am- 3 pm
2    Briefing for all competitors in the pits,  BNZ car park by the start line before racing.
3.   All competitors will be numbered with first over the finish line being the winner.
4.   Competitors will race in age group races wearing HELMETS and preferred long pants, gloves etc.
      Specifications
      Any trolley with ball bearing wheels must be fitted with brakes.
      Maximum Width 1.5m
      Maximum Height 2.0m
      Maximum Length 3.0m
      Maximum Weight 80kg
5.   All trolleys have to be scrutinised before racing.
6.   The Judges decision will be final as to the winners of each race.
7.   All entrants participate at their own risk.  No liability expressed or implied nor accepted for any mishaps or injury from accidents.
8.   Entry forms to be accompanied by entry fee.  Age Races $5.00  Business House $20.00
9.   Post or fax entry forms if possible to 23 Carlyle St. Te Aroha.  Fax 07 884 9696 or hand in to Te Aroha Organic Health Shop 194 Whitaker St, Te Aroha.
10. Any one trolley can be raced by two competitors.
11. Trolleys must have at least 3 wheels.

Safety is paramount.  You must listen to all instructions given by race officials.  The start line moves further up the hill with each age category.  While speed is one element, the focus is on FUN
